What editing actually costs you
Editing is the largest recurring line item in a working real estate photographer’s business, and almost nobody has run the annual number. Run it. Every rate below is that vendor’s own published price.
Put a competitor’s number in here. The tool works the same.
Use what you would charge for an hour of shooting. That is what the editing hour is costing you.

Every rate above was read off that vendor’s own pricing page in September 2026, at the tier named. The two AutoHDR rows are monthly plans with a volume cap, not per-image rates — they cost the same whether you use the allowance or not, so the per-image figure shown is what the plan works out to at your volume. Vendors whose pricing we could not verify from a public page are left off entirely rather than estimated. There are no affiliate links on this page and we are paid by nobody on this list.
We sell editing too, at $0.50 an image, and we are not the cheapest row in that table. Esoft’s AI product lists at $0.30 with no commitment. What we sell is one configuration, the one our own production company runs on real listings, with no model picker and no settings, because at our volume every dial is a way to get a bad result. If the number is what matters most to you, the table is right there.
In fairness we should say: ours is the one row above without a public pricing page to check it against, because we have not built one yet. Until we do, treat it exactly as sceptically as that deserves.
