Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

1. Information We Collect

Real Estate Photography Hub ("the Platform") collects and processes the following types of information:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Passwords are securely managed through Supabase authentication and are never stored in plain text. If you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Usage Data: We track your lesson progress and course completion status to provide a personalized learning experience and allow you to pick up where you left off.

Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics (GA4, property ID: G-HTLTLXNRZG) and Meta Pixel (ID: 414237694238106) to collect anonymized usage data, including page views, device information, browser type, referring URLs, and general interaction patterns.

Form Submissions: If you submit a question through our Q&A feature, your submission is processed through Netlify Forms. This may include your name, email address, and the content of your question.

Locally Stored Data: Notes you create within the Platform are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Provide and improve the Platform -- to deliver course content, maintain your account, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Track course progress -- to save your lesson completion status and allow you to resume where you left off.
  • Respond to questions -- to review and reply to questions submitted through our Q&A forms.
  • Send account-related emails -- to communicate important information about your account, such as password resets, security alerts, or significant changes to the Platform.
  • Analyze usage patterns -- to understand how users interact with the Platform so we can improve content, navigation, and overall performance.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate the Platform. Each service collects and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy:

  • Supabase -- provides authentication (email/password and Google OAuth) and database services. Supabase stores your account information, lesson progress, and course completion data. Supabase Privacy Policy
  • Google Analytics (GA4) -- collects anonymized analytics data including page views, session duration, device and browser information, and user interaction events. Google Privacy Policy
  • Meta/Facebook Pixel -- collects data about page views and user interactions for analytics and advertising purposes. Meta Privacy Policy
  • Netlify -- provides hosting for the Platform and processes form submissions from our Q&A feature. Netlify Privacy Policy
  • Google OAuth -- if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us to create or access your account. Google Privacy Policy

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through the following services:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) uses cookies to distinguish unique users, track sessions, and collect anonymized usage data.
  • Meta Pixel uses cookies to track page views and user interactions for analytics and advertising purposes.

Additionally, your theme preference (light or dark mode) is stored in your browser's localStorage. This is not a cookie and does not track you across websites.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain analytics features but will not prevent you from using the Platform.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We only share your data with the third-party services listed in Section 3 above, and only as necessary to operate the Platform. For example, your email and password are shared with Supabase for authentication, and analytics data is shared with Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to help us understand usage patterns.

We may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include the use of encrypted authentication through Supabase, secure HTTPS connections, and trusted third-party service providers.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and deletion: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete your data, by contacting us at jordan@listerpros.com.
  • Account deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account information and associated progress data will be removed from our systems.
  • Locally stored data: Notes stored in your browser's localStorage can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data. We do not have access to this data.

We will respond to data requests within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at jordan@listerpros.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
