In this video we're going to discuss the importance of professional appearance.
You may think this one is a no-brainer, but if your business is more than just yourself, this one can be quite tricky. We found that as you continue to add people, different people have different definitions of what professional appearance is. It is important to set standards with your team so that your customers get a consistent customer experience. I would include personal hygiene as well in the professional appearance category. This one isn't fun to manage but can lead to a bad customer experience if not managed properly. Now in the markets that we serve, the standard photographer attire is a branded polo. We decide to go a little bit against the grain and use branded t-shirts instead
for most of the homes that we shoot. We like the comfort, consistent look, and swapability since our markets get extremely hot in the summertime. T-shirts are less professional than polos but they fit our brand and is the consistent look our customers have come to expect. We also have branded button downs, polos, and jackets for cooler weather and high-end properties. If you're shooting a multi-million dollar listing, it is a good idea to wear something nicer than a t-shirt. Also when we go into homes, we ask the homeowner or agent if they would like us to remove our shoes. You can also incorporate wearing booties to create a more professional environment. It is also important to set standards around pants,
shorts, and shoes. The more specific you can be with your team, the better. We go over our professional appearance expectations with each new hire. When we operated from our office, we also had these standards posted on the wall so that it was top of mind for all of our team members. Feel free to adjust your professional appearance standards as you see fit based on the image you would like to create. Dress standards will also differ from market to market so make sure that you know what is appropriate. Also make sure your team is on the same page and is held accountable for following company expectations. Alright guys, well that's it for this video. Reach out if you have any questions. We'll see you guys on the next one.

In this video I'm going to share some methods that you can use to get contact information for real estate agents in your area. You can easily find agent contact information by searching on Zillow looking for listings and then looking for the listing agent's name. Then take that listing agent's name and Google them to find their contact information. You can also find real estate agents congregating on different groups on Facebook which is also a good way to identify real estate agents that are active as well as initiating conversations with them. An easy method to identify real estate agents in your area is by searching on Instagram and searching hashtag realtor hashtag city.
Following local real estate listing agents on Instagram and then waiting for them to follow you back and then initializing a one-on-one conversation with them from there is a very effective way to start communicating with an agent. Now if you just want a quick list of real estate agent contact information there are many contact list sellers. Just Google real estate agent contact list Arizona or whatever area you're servicing. You might spend a hundred to two hundred dollars on a list like this but it might save you a whole lot of time from manually looking up real estate agent contact information. From my experience it's more effective spending time building one-on-one relationships with real estate agents
rather than sending a blanket email to a whole bunch of real estate agents that you got off of a list that you purchased. At the end of the day getting customers as a contact support and whatever you need to do to get out of obscurity and in contact with more real estate agents is how you're going to get your business off the ground and growing. That's going to do it for this video reach out if you have any questions. We'll see you guys on the next one.
