In this video, I will be discussing the importance of product delivery and how to streamline the process. As a business owner, it's important to automate as much as possible to save time and improve efficiency. One way to do this is by creating templates for each product you offer. This can be done using templates in G Suite, canned responses in Streak CRM for Gmail, or templates in the Chrome extension for HubSpot CRM. At our company, we use HubSpot CRM because it offers many free features, including templates, and allows us to see if our customers have viewed our delivery emails. We also use a custom back end and SendGrid to automatically send emails with product links to our customers. However, for most businesses, it's more practical to use templates and add links manually. In addition to product links, we also include customer surveys with every delivery email to gather feedback on the customer experience. We use NiceReply for our surveys because it integrates easily with Zapier and provides instant notifications for each new survey. This allows us to respond quickly if follow-up with a customer is necessary. By using templates and customer surveys, you can streamline your product delivery process and provide a great customer experience. It's important to automate as much as possible to save time and be efficient, but also to gather valuable feedback from your customers. By doing so, you can continuously improve your business and build strong relationships with your customers.
