Outsourcing has become a popular option for businesses to deliver a better customer experience. In this video, I'll be sharing my experience with outsourcing and how it has helped us at Lister Pros. As a business grows, it becomes difficult to maintain consistent customer communication and response times. Outsourcing helps businesses like ours to maintain that consistency by bringing on additional help.
We've achieved a better customer experience by outsourcing to Upwork. Our additional team members from Upwork take the experience to the next level. They work around the clock, responding to customer emails even in the middle of the night or on the weekends. Most media company admins work Monday through Friday during normal business hours only. Having these additional team members is one thing that sets us apart from the competition.
Using Upwork has helped us achieve more by stretching our dollars further on our work. You can find great people to help for as little as $3 an hour, but the pay will also depend on the individual's roles, responsibilities, and experience. We use Upwork for more than just customer service. We also have editors, designers, web developers, accountants, and more.
We have some fantastic Upwork team members that work extremely hard and live up to our customer experience expectations. Since 2018, Upwork has been a game changer for our business. I wish I would have started utilizing Upwork earlier. I think that would have helped contribute to a better customer experience and increase business growth.
