120 - Job Shadow # 1 - Ricoh Tours - Gilbert

In this video, I'll be demonstrating how to do a 360 photo tour of a property. Before we start, it's important to make sure the property is set up properly for the tour. We remove any branding from the property, like signs, to ensure a smooth and professional tour. It's also important to check the lighting and make sure everything is prepared to showcase the property in the best possible way. For this tour, I'm using a Ricoh Theta z one camera and an iPad Pro. The process is pretty straightforward. We start with the front of the house and move through each room, capturing the best angles of each space. It's important to make sure the camera is positioned correctly to ensure the best composition of the room. I typically shoot the main rooms and areas of the property, and make sure to label each room for easy identification later. The camera has a feature to show a preview of the shot, which is helpful in determining the best angle and composition. Once all the shots are taken, the tour is processed through the RICO tours app. It's important to make sure the camera is connected to the app and the shots are saved properly. I usually name each shot according to the room and angle for easy organization. The tour is almost instant to process, and can be shared with clients or potential buyers directly from the app. It's a great tool to showcase a property and offer a diverse marketing solution to clients. It's important to note that before leaving the property, we make sure everything is returned to its original state, ensuring a great customer experience. Overall, the 360 photo tour is a great addition to the services offered to clients. It's a simple process and doesn't take too much time. It's also a cost-effective way to offer a diverse marketing solution to clients. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
