59 - The Software | Videography
In today's digital age, real estate agents and property managers understand the importance of video content in promoting their properties. A well-crafted video can make all the difference in attracting potential buyers or renters. However, in order to make a high-quality real estate video, choosing the right video editing software is crucial.
In this article, we'll discuss the top three video editing software's that most people use for editing property videos: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Each of these software's may look different when you open them up, but they all essentially do the same thing - help you assemble clips, add music and text, and upload the final product. They each have their own special features that make them stand out, but for most real estate videos, you don't need any of the special features.
At Lister Pros, we've used all three software's, but have found that Final Cut Pro works best for us. Final Cut Pro is only available for Mac users and is priced at $300. However, for PC users, there are two other great options: Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Premiere Pro is a monthly subscription that costs $20/month or $50/month for the entire Adobe Suite. DaVinci Resolve offers a free option that is really good, as well as a premium option that unlocks more features.
But regardless of which video editing software you choose, it's important to remember that the story and how you decide to tell it is what really matters. Editing property videos is pretty simple - it's all about taking your viewers on a simple, but engaging tour of the home. You can even edit your property videos on some of the free video editors like iMovie or DaVinci Resolve and produce similar results.
So, when choosing a video editing software for your real estate videos, consider your budget, workflow, and personal preference. Try out a few different options and see which one works best for you. Remember that regardless of which software platform you use, you can achieve similar results. As long as you follow the principles, you can create engaging and effective real estate videos that will help you stand out among the competition.
In conclusion, the key to a successful real estate video is not the software you use, but rather the story you tell. Keep it simple and engaging, and choose a video editing software that works best for you. With the right tools and techniques, you can create high-quality real estate videos that will help you reach more potential buyers and stand out in the competitive market.
