As the CEO and founder of ListerPros, I wanted to share with you all the structure of our current team. Our team is made up of 18 employees, 24 Upwork freelancers, and 28 contractors spread across 20 markets. We have three main markets, including Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas, and operate in 17 additional markets with mostly photography contractors.
My focus as the owner of the company is on all aspects of the business, including marketing, research and development, product improvement, and efficiency. I'm always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and streamline our processes.
We have a media specialist manager, video department manager, and an out-of-state operations manager who all help manage our team. The media specialist manager is responsible for onboarding and training our media specialist team and conducts quarterly development meetings with them. The video manager ensures that video projects are delegated to the right editors and completed on time, while the out-of-state manager ensures that our markets outside of Arizona and Nevada are staffed appropriately and jobs are delegated.
We also have a four-person admin team that helps with answering phones, emails, and ensuring jobs are completed as they should be. Our Upwork freelancers assist with various tasks such as admin work, photo and video editing, web development, accounting, and lead generation. Our photography contractors are spread across 17 markets and mostly handle photography work.
