Closing My Business... ๐
As a former business owner, I know how important it is to keep looking for opportunities to grow and expand. That's why when I heard about the potential in real estate photography, I decided to jump right in and give it a try. Although I'm still in the early stages, I've already booked one client and received some promising leads.
One thing I've learned about real estate photography is that it's all about context. You have to get in front of as many people as possible and make sure they know what you have to offer. That's why I've been spending a lot of time on cold emailing and plan to start cold calling as well. It may not be the most glamorous approach, but it's a numbers game and the more lines you put out there, the greater your chances of success.
At this stage, my goal is to secure at least one shoot per week. It may not seem like much, but it's a starting point and something I can build on. I know that consistency is key, and that's why I plan to keep putting in the time and effort to grow my business.
Of course, it's important to recognize that success won't happen overnight. There may be times when it feels like I'm not getting anywhere or that my efforts aren't paying off. But I've learned from experience that the key is to keep trying and not give up. As the saying goes, "put more lines out there" and eventually, the right opportunity will present itself.
Overall, I'm excited about this new venture and feel optimistic about its potential. Real estate photography may not have been on my radar before, but I'm glad I took the leap and gave it a shot. Who knows where it may lead - but one thing's for sure, persistence and consistency will be key to achieving success.
