Luxury photography is becoming increasingly important in the real estate industry, and in this video, we're going to cover industry expectations, pricing, and turnaround times for luxury photography. When it comes to luxury photography, there is a wide range of pricing and photo quality in the industry. After doing research and comparing photo quality, we've decided to price our luxury photos at $500. We focus on delivering a high-quality product while being efficient with our time. However, if you are a photographer who prefers to spend a couple of days at the property perfecting the lighting, then you may want to charge more.
Our goal with luxury photography has always been to create a scalable and teachable process, which is why we've created this course. We will teach you how to efficiently produce high-quality photos with a process that is easy to learn. Our standard turnaround time for luxury photography is two business days, although we almost always deliver within 24 hours. Our customers expect high-quality, detailed images, and we stand behind our product by offering a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason our customers don't like the photos, we will re-edit, reshoot or issue a refund. We have less than a 1% refund rate, which speaks to the quality of our product.
It's important to note that sometimes customers may want adjustments made to their photos after delivery, especially with higher-end listings. Photography is subjective, so it's expected that some customers will be pickier than others. However, we are always happy to make the changes that our customers want to ensure they are satisfied with the final product.
