Yes but it depends! At our company, we don’t charge travel fees for most jobs within the metro area (typically within 45 minutes to an hour of Phoenix). For properties farther out, we may add a small travel fee to cover time and vehicle costs but it’s always disclosed upfront.
We believe in keeping things fair, transparent, and reasonable. Travel fees aren't about profit just covering the basics so we can keep delivering high-quality service wherever your listings are.
