Zillow 3d tours have revolutionized the way potential home buyers can view properties. By providing an immersive 3d experience, buyers can now explore homes as if they were there in person. However, to shoot a successful Zillow 3d tour, you will need some equipment. First, you need to download the Zillow 3d app from the app store on your smartphone. This app is what allows you to upload your 3d tour onto the Zillow platform. Next, you will need a camera to shoot with. You have two options: you can use your smartphone or a 360 camera. While you can use your smartphone, it's recommended that you purchase a 360 camera as it is easier to use and provides a better navigation experience for potential home buyers. If you do choose to use a 360 camera, you will need a tripod or a monopod to stabilize your camera during the capturing process. If you choose to use your smartphone, you won't need a tripod as you will be holding and rotating your phone throughout the capturing process. If you plan to offer the 2d floor plan option, which is currently only available if you're using a 360 camera, you will need an 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper to complete the calibration scan. Lastly, it's important to keep your camera and phone batteries charged up, especially if you have multiple shoots in a day. You may want to consider purchasing a good power bank so that you can charge your camera and phone between shoots. Overall, shooting a Zillow 3d tour is a straightforward process with minimal equipment requirements. By investing in a 360 camera and a tripod or monopod, you can provide a more immersive and engaging experience for potential home buyers. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
