In this video, we're going to learn how to deliver Zillow 3D tours to our customers. Zillow 3D tours are a great way to showcase properties to potential buyers, and it's essential to ensure that the process of delivering these tours is seamless for our customers. First, we start by opening the Zillow 3D Home app on our device and selecting "Capture" from the main menu. Here, we can choose to resume a previous tour or start a new one. Once we've captured all the necessary images and uploaded them to the app, we can proceed with the delivery process. To deliver the tour, we need to ensure that the property address is correct. We can do this by going to "My 3D Homes," selecting the tour we want to deliver, and clicking "Choose Address." We then verify that the address is correct, and we can leave the tour name as is. Next, we click "Capture Complete" and review the tour. If everything is in order, we click "Finish and Publish." We'll then see a message asking us to verify that the below grade is set correctly for all floors. If everything checks out, we click "Finish Tour." At this point, Zillow will begin processing the 3D tour. We'll receive an email from Zillow within 15 minutes confirming that the tour is being created. If a 2D floor plan was processed, we'll also receive a PDF of that floor plan. Once the tour is processed, it will show up on the property listing on Zillow. This means that potential buyers can view the tour and get a better sense of the property without having to visit it in person. It's crucial to ensure that the address is correct to avoid any issues with the delivery of the tour. In conclusion, delivering Zillow 3D tours is a straightforward process that involves verifying the address, reviewing the tour, and clicking "Finish and Publish." Once the tour is processed, it will show up on the property listing, allowing potential buyers to view the property in a more immersive way. As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. #Zillow #3Dtour #realestate #propertymarketing #virtualreality #homeselling #realtor #realestateagent #propertylisting #technology #digitalmarketing #propertytour #customerexperience #propertymanagement #apartmentlisting #homebuying #homemarketing
