As a professional photographer, capturing a home during Twilight can be a challenge, but it's also incredibly rewarding. Twilight photography is a technique that involves taking photos of a property during the transition between daylight and darkness, usually around sunset or sunrise. The result is a series of stunning, dramatic images that showcase a property's best features in a unique way. In this video, I'm working on capturing Twilight photos of a beautiful home. The first step is setting up the shot and determining the lighting. In this case, the house has a lot of lights already, so using a flash would only take away from the natural lighting. We decided to focus on staged areas of the home and get some really nice Twilight photos. I set my alarm for 5:35, giving me five additional minutes before I need to go outside to capture the exterior shots. Next, I started taking interior shots of the home. We focused on the staged areas and decided to keep the lights on or off depending on the lighting scenario. We shot the kitchen with different lighting options and took several shots to give the client a variety of options. Moving on to the master suite, I focused on getting the entry, bed, and bathroom. I also took some shots with and without the doors closed. As Twilight approached, we moved outside to capture the exterior shots. It's essential to set expectations with the homeowner to leave all the lights on so that everything is lit up outside. I started shooting towards the east, where the windows were on the opposite side of where the sun was setting. As the sun was setting, we moved around the property, shooting the front and back multiple times. We also tried different lighting options to get the best shot possible. Finally, I ended up shooting from a corner that had the most blue sky, creating a dramatic effect. Shooting Twilight photography is all about capturing the right lighting and using it to create stunning images. With some planning and preparation, you can capture beautiful Twilight photos that will showcase any property's best features. https://www.youtube.com/embed/-R_yjbQ_g4s Join the movement! 👉 https://discord.gg/2k7eukR3RK
